Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:                                                     

• Redeemation and Reservation are essential by logging onto www.goldcoastjetx.com.au and clicking on Redeem gift Vouchers                       
• The individula/s name on the voucher must show identification when checking in for their ride.
• All passengers must check-in with Gold Coast JetX staff at our departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time.  Gold Coast JetX reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time.
• Passengers must present their gift vouchers documentation to Gold Coast JetX staff before the ride, without passengers documentation passengers will be required to pay.
• Booking times can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to departure time.
• Gift Vouchers will become invalid if the voucher holder fails to arrive on time for the reserved ride.
• Online purchase gift vouchers are valid for a 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift vouchers become invalid and can not be used.
• All passengers are required to sign a waiver of risk form prior to departure.
• All passengers board the ride with Gold Coast JetX at their own risk.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
• Children 14yrs and under must be minium height of 100cm tall to ride Gold Coast JetX jet boat.
